Tixel by Novoxel
What is Tixel?
Tixel is one of the latest dermato-esthetic way of regenerating and resurfacing of the skin, being superior to the fractionated laser, without any of its discomfort.
What does it treat?
Tixel`s main use is face related but it is also
used on the neck wrinkles, decolletage,
around the eyes, and even arms, hands,
feet and abdomen.
Using Tixel, we can achieve skin resurfacing and treat:
- Acne and surgical scars
- Pigmented lesions and melasma
- Non-surgical Blepharoplasty
- Striae
- Skin laxity and skin tightening
Who should get this treatment?
Tixel is perfect for anyone who would like a smoother, healthier and revitalised skin.
It has none of the post-procedure effects of the other available treatments on the market, the patient having no downtime, although, 50 SPF sunscreen is recommended until the skin recovers completely (1-7 days depending on the treatment). The effects are long lasting, provided that the patient follows all the post-procedure recommendations.
How many sessions of Tixel do I need?
The number of Tixel sessions depend on many factors which our doctors have in mind when considering someone for this treatment, such as the severity of the condition and the recovery time the patient is able to be okay with. Usually we recommend 1 to 5 treatments every 3 to 4 weeks for the best results.
